By accessing or using LoadedX, you agree to these Terms of Service. LoadedX is provided by Xpress Garage Plus LLC as a subscription transportation management platform.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. A 7-day free trial may be offered; trial access is limited in time and converts to a paid subscription only when you elect to subscribe. You may cancel at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LoadedX only for lawful transportation operations and to maintain the accuracy of the data you enter. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Service availability

We strive to keep LoadedX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change as the platform evolves.
